I have been holding off buying the game because of the final installament; Will there ever be an Act V, or is this the end of the line?

Thanks!

They claim that console versions are being released, so if they never intend to release Act V, it would seem like a huge ripoff and might backfire on them.

Hopefully, they will release Act V in the next day or so. It would be symbolic (end of the decade for a gome that has taken so long), but even if they don't it's safe to assume they eventually will.
Apparently, if Muricans call this number "1-858-WHEN-KRZ" this message should be heard...

"The current status of Kentucky Route Zero is preparing for publication. More detailed information will be available shortly. You may wait with us if you want to. Please hold."
Well, for what it's worth the soundtrack for Act V was just released on Bandcamp...

Apparantly, after holding for a while, an estimated wait time is given too. The guys over on the reddit have calculated that it should be coming out today.

I'm pretty excited about this -- I've held off on playing the game until all five episodes are released.
