So, GOG praises itself for fair regional pricing, which I've seen plenty of here and there when compared to Steam. However, Kenshi is R$81,09 here while on Steam, it's R$34,99 (the soundtrack is just R$10,49). I've no idea how much it costs in the US/Canada/Australia/Europe, but it shouldn't cost this much on Brazil, especially when GOG itself, once again, praises itself on fair regional prices.

So, what gives? Anyone got any clue?

Also, how is the GOG release on par with the Steam EA when it comes to its build and all?
Gog release is the same as Steam releases.
as for pricing, thats something that only the Dev can explain or GoG themselves.

The prices for the game are completely unfair. For my region, the game costs $ 14.49, and for others only $ 4-5. Why such injustice? I have long wanted to buy, but therefore I will not buy it. I will play on the pirated version.

Should I tell you how much it costs in other parts of the world?
For example it costs 26.99 Euros for me, which translates to $ 31.12, therefore I bought it.
