so i bought the game today its showing as installed but it wont launch

System specs
AMD Dual-Core Processor A4-3305M (1.9 GHz)
8 GB Memory 500 GB HDD
AMD Radeon HD 6480G
1600 x 900
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

i also checked for a crash report but i didn't find any

i'm making an attempt to reinstall the game i hope this fixes it

UPDATE:
a simple reinstall didn't work
Updating Microsoft Visual C++ didn't work
Uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 and and installing the ones found in the dependency folder didn't work
Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 didn't work

will try a restart

Restart didn't work
I receive a error message saying i dont have permission to access this file path
I will install to a different location

Is it running in processes?

i figure it out after a few more attempts to get it to work i decided to shut off my anti virsu to see if it was blocking the game and sure enough it was
