As per PCGW article, the game is not 100% completable on the normal release (missing one water tower and some gear boxes). Additionally, the bullseye rifle has bugs (uses wrong type of ammo, doesnt have zoom in scope, etc). Are these fixes included in this release or we have to implement them?

Due to a forum bug, I can't post a new message on the specific forums. I need someone to post a 'modding help - just cause 2' message. I managed to find all the modding tools and how to use them. I'm stuck on how to mod the DLC's. We can co-op on how to mod it.
