I don't understand why it is considered lethal in the future to be injected with a few micrograms of dimenhydrinate. It isn't even active at that dose. It takes up to 20mg for it to take effect as an antihistamine or sleep aid. In addition, it takes over 500mg/kg to be considered toxic.

Dimenhydrinate is an H1 receptor antagonist. Thorazine is a dopamine AND H1 receptor antagonist. There is no way that thorazine could work as an antidote seeing as both inhibit the production of histamine.

Come on, Presto.

Maybe scientists didn't know this in 1993? :P

It isn't supposed to be. The original game design uses the term "overpowering" in the computer screen and the death screen states "exhaustion which crept over you." Unfortunately, one of the crew in the voiceover recording sessions arbitrarily re-wrote it as "fatal" without consulting the original writers. Hence, the discrepancy.

If I recall the fatal part was a mistake. In Turbo, it says you pass out, not die.

As far as Thorazine, I was under the impression you were building an antidote and using Thorazine as the basis for building the antidote aka what you built would stop both this and Thorazine because they were similar,.
