Hi!

I finally found out how to use the interface (This game is from a time when RTFM was really appropriate). However, now I get to select one of three time zones.. but if I click on one of the videos, the game simply freezes - the sound still continues, but the whole game does not respond any more. Restarting the game from a saved state does not work - It crashes at the exact same point.

Any Ideas?
Hi gauchj, which game from the trilogy are you having issues with? Can you give us a more specific description of the point at which you become stuck? Have you tried re-downloading it?
Hi, I'm playing Pegasus Prime, I just returned from my first time travel, put the Journeyman Disk into the reader and now I'm presented with four modified events. I select one and get an original and a modified video. If I click on the play button on any of them, the game hangs and I have to force quit it.

I am playing the game on an iMac (which should be slightly overpowered for this game) with the second newest incarnation of MacOS installed (just downloading the newest).

I have not tried re-downloading the game - Since the game is downloaded over HTTPS, I see no way the game could be corrupted in transport without the connection being killed (in which case the dmg would not be mountable)

Large downloads can be corrupted without warning. If you're unsure of the cause of the crash, you should try installing it again. Which version of MacOS are you running?
I just re-downloaded the game. The dmg checksum was valid and gatekeeper accepted the program (i.e. the digital signature of the executable is valid). The error, however, still remains. The game crashes immediately when I click on one of the historical videos.

I am running macOS Sierra Version 10.12.4 on a late 2012 iMac

Any further Ideas?

Can you upload a savegame file right before the point where you're experiencing the problem? You can find them in /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/Pegasus Prime Preferences
It seems loading a savegame saved immediately before the crash, combined with running the game in windowed mode, was enough to make the problem disappear for now.

Sorry for bothering you

No worries, but if you see an issue again and you can reproduce it, please let us know!
