Does anyone know if there any really detailed printable walkthroughs for the new version of pegasus prime yet?

I haven't seen any fully detailed walkthroughs of the new version, but there's a very detailed (but not easily printed) walkthrough of 'Pegasus Prime' here: http://strategywiki.org/wiki/The_Journeyman_Project:_Pegasus_Prime

It should help you with everything in the game except for newly incorporated vehicle sections, but two of those have in-game maps to make them MUCH easier!

That walkthrough is for the older CD-ROM version and is not completely accurate. For example, it does not account for the fact that the Mars maze doors are partially randomized, so that path solution will only be good for that specific user's game session.
