Hi,

My wife purchased Journeyman Project 3 just now. It downloaded and installed just fine. Video also works. Unfortunately, once she gets in to actual game play, the mouse-to-look function is HYPER sensitive; she is unable to do any sort of fine motion looking about. I looked in the settings a bit to no avail - can anyone suggest a way to slow down the look-around function?

I have the exact same problem. Completely unplayable!
Did you (or anybody) get this solved?

Thanks.

Ha, sorry to be so slow on the draw, forum-wise. Alas we never did get it solved and she moved on to other games. It's unplayable in its current state.

Did you try checking the caps lock key? When it's down, it disables the processor limiter (aka. "turbo" mode), so walk movies and graphics play back faster.

There isn't a mouse sensitivity option in the game unfortunately - have you tried opening the Mouse settings in the Control Panel and turning down the acceleration and sensitivity as far as they can go?

Btw the Caps Lock function only speeds up Navigation videos, nothing else. It hasn't got anything to do with processor limiters, it just plays the videos twice as fast. Which is nice as it makes backtracking a little less tedious. Although there is a glitch in El Dorado where if you travel on one of the gondolas for a third time, Arthur is supposed to comment on it, but his voice gets sped up as well, which is rather odd. AFAIK it's the only time where that happens...

I also have this problem. Entirely unplayable. No fix found.
