I have been noticing that cutscenes the video is getting ahead of the audio.

The opening cutscene to introduce the game, the audio is playing at normal speed but it seems the video is being played at like 1.15 times or 1.25 times speed as by the time Aurther says "Mis' All Natural" in the video Agent 3 is already tapping on the buttons of her suit to leave her suit.

Did we ever find a way to fix this?

I played the whole game through recently on Win11 and never had the problem that I know of? Or maybe it wasn't bad enough for me to care and it bothers some people too much? Or maybe its better later? Don't know which, its been too long.now.

You could try disabling Windows scheduler as I have stated in another post to fix the blinking issue. Don't know if that does something to this or not, but as its hardware acceleration, it could in theory. Do not forget to re-enable it as by default it should be enabled for most software..

You could also try changing CPU affinity. Try 1 core, try 2 cores, try all cores if not default all. Again, don't know if it will do something or not.

The thing is that video is processed differently from audio. The audio device has its own delay and path but if the video side has a problem then may not show up when it should. Video could be GPU, CPU, the media player as used by the game, or maybe Windows.

And I'm assuming it isn't how the videos were encoded. Again, I didn't have any issue that bothered me so idk.

Could in theory also be a monitor related issue. Something to also think about anyway.

Although, generally older games have issues like choppy video/audio, but quite sure I've seen one or more with faster video speed. All were able to be solved as I've ever seen.

Maybe this helps in some way, idk. Its all I expect to do here.
