I was having a problem where the game would only play full screen and part of the right side of the screen was cut off. I play on a 55 inch Samsung smart3dled television with nvidia graphics card. In the forum on June 25th 2015 a fix was suggested by going to the nvidia control panel and then adjust desktop size and position, then select gpu scaling and 1024x763 resolution. However due to technical reasons I didn’t understand (due to being a smart tv) there is no option for gpu scaling. When I tried other options I would get a very small window of the game that was too small to be playable. My solution: Go to the desktop and right click, then click on screen resolution and change it to 800x600 and apply. Then go to the buried in time folder and find BIT2432.EXE. Double click BIT2432.EXE and the game will now run in a much, much larger screen without cutting off any edges. It was still not a 4:3 aspect ratio but it was still fine. This also made the game look better than full screen on a 55 inch tv. Unfortunately I did have some random crashes but they didn’t happen too often and the game was more enjoyable to play. This problem may be rather uncommon but just in case someone is having the same problem I was having and want to play this great game, I hope this will help.
