Is anyone else having trouble with the Journeyman Project 2 installer crashing? I have Windows 7 but I've never seen a GOG installer just crash like that.
I have a problem with the installer, not sure if it's the same as yours. It crashes right at the end of the installation process, when progress bar fills up. It seems to unpack all the files properly, but doesn't create desktop icon (it does create the start menu shortcut) and it doesn't create registry keys.

The game didn't start when I tried to run it using the start menu shortcut, it claimed it was not installed properly. I thought that the game won't run due to missing registry keys. I did a quick google trying to find what the proper keys are, and I added this to my registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Presto Studios]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Presto Studios\Buried in Time]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Presto Studios\Buried in Time\1.1]
"CD Path 1"="C:\\GoG\\Journeyman Project 2 - Buried in Time\\data1\\"
"CD Path 2"="C:\\GoG\\Journeyman Project 2 - Buried in Time\\data2\\"
"CD Path 3"="C:\\GoG\\Journeyman Project 2 - Buried in Time\\data3\\"
"Install Directory"="C:\\GoG\\Journeyman Project 2 - Buried in Time\\"

"C:\GoG\Journeyman Project 2 - Buried in Time\" is my install directory. It seem to have worked, at least the game starts now. It remains to be seen whether it can be played to completion.
Same is happening to me.
I hope this installer crash gets fixed because I am wanting to play this.

BLEUDRAEGEN:
I just finished Pegasus Prime and downloaded, installed, and started Buried in Time.

Either make sure the integrity check is on, or delete the file and redownload the installer. I actually had an installer corruption problem with Age of Wonders 3, but downloading it again seemed to help.

Also, make sure your GOG folder is NOT in Program Files.
