It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Originally this post was to ask for help, however, after spending hours looking into this, I have finally found the solution. I did contact support but unfortunately they were unable to assist me after a few hours of trying and gave up right before I found the solution.

I am posting it here in the hopes that anyone else that has this issue wont ever have to go through what I went through. :)

I had a URL however for some reason the system wouldn't let me post it.

The DLL named below is the CVID Codec which comes with any installation of Windows dating back to Windows 95. For me, iccvid.dll was located in my sysWOW64 folder and I simply copied it to System32.

1. put iccvid.dll in %windir%\system32

2. create a string value in
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32" named "VIDC.CVID" with value
"iccvid.dll"

3. optionally, create a string value in
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\drivers.desc" with name "iccvid.dll" and
value "Cinepak Codec by Radius Inc."
