Weird that there are still 3D games without surround sound... is there any way to enable it?

If it wasn't designed for it, it wasn't designed for it. Do you really think an indie gamedev duo is going to have the setup to record, engineer, design, & budget for the required setup to even attempt this?
You can't just magic up quadraphonic or 5.1 surround sound system out of a hat.
Like VR, surround sound is just a luxury that most think is going to magically take off, in spite of most setups requiring a complicated space commitment that most just don't have.
