When i try to start the game i just get access violation error and the game crashes. Im running windows 7 anyone else has this problem?

Jazz Jackrabbit 2, right? Well, the easiest solution is to run Jazz Jackrabbit 2+, but if you'd rather not do that, then IIRC disabling Data Execution Prevention for Jazz Jackrabbit 2 will fix it. You can probably Google how to disable that if you decide you would rather run vanilla Jazz Jackrabbit 2 rather than running Jazz Jackrabbit 2+.
