I can not clean the car, because I can not put the sponge in the water of the bucket.
How do you do it?

The bucket and sponge can either be picked up as one, or separately. Remove the sponge from the budget and press it (by clicking) to the car. Then click on the bucket to clean the sponge. When you are done, drop the sponge to return it to the budget (as the wallet does to the car).

Thanks. It finally shows up, that I only can clean the car, if the part I'm targeting is dirty. And this also feels wobbly.
