When ever i play jagged alliance a strange thing happen after some time suddenly the graphic goes all blotchy like you can see on the image (those multi colored pixels, don´t know why the rest of the screen is dark on the screen shot) Anyways is there a way to fix that error?

I got Windows 7 and tried to set it to compatibility Windows vista nothing helps any advice?

JA1 runs using Dosbox. That means your Windows version is probably not the cause. Try updating your video drivers or edit the Dosbox config file to use a different graphics output

In the install folder there is a file called dosbox*****.conf
Open this file with notepad and look for line that starts with "output="
Try changing this line to "output=surface", "output=overlay", "output=opengl", "output=openglnb" or "output=ddraw" and safe the file.

You might find the file one folder higher. (in the Jagged Alliance folder)
Sorry I can't be more specific. I only have the original version of JA1. Not the GoG version.
You could also look under the Start menu and see if there's a link called "Graphic mode setup" This should allow you the same option to change the graphics output type.
