I purchased Jagged Alliance 2 Mac version, loaded it up only to find there is no option in game to change the screen resolution, I assume because it runs under a wrapper there is a file in there somewhere whereupon the screen resolution can be changed to something better than the low res default.

You will need Jagged Alliance 2 v1.13 mod.
