hi guys i dont know how i can use the other item i have in my hand i have a weapon in my main hand , and a medical kit in the second hand, now how i can use the medical kit on my hand without switching the position?? What key buton i must press to use it? About rest or sleep how i can do that??

Click on the medical kit, and then on the character who you want to use it on (the cursor will change to a first aid type cross when positioned correctly).

To rest go to the map screen, select your character by name (or multi select) and click on the 'Sleep' icon.

Having a gun in your main hand and a med kit in your secondary won't work. The game assumes your trying to shoot because you have a gun in your main and will ignore the kit (and anything else thats not a gun). Items have to be placed in your main if you want to use them (you can switch items in both hands by right clicking on the hand slot instead of manually switching) and then, as Hickory mentioned, you'll get a red cross symbol over any target you mouse over.

This will only bandage the injuries and not heal them. You'll need the patients current task to be switched from "Squad 1" (or whatever number) to "Patient" and another merc with a Medical Kit assigned to "Doctor" in the map screen and will heal faster over time. Bandaged injuries heal very slowly over time without a Regen Booster.
