JA2 keeps crashing on Day 7 at around 5 - 6 am, no matter what I try. I have no idea what causes this. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or better yet, does anyone know how to fix this?

I assume this happens while you're looking at the map screen and the game always crashes at the exact same time (e.g. 05:45 game time). If so, use time compression to skip until two or three minutes before it's going to crash, switch to tactical screen and wait until the time has passed.
