I'm having the same issue and have found no resolutions to it at all. The tutorial fight wouldn't end and now the Chai Ka fight won't end. Funny thing is, this is my second playthrough. I was able to get through my first playthrough without this bug ever popping up. I've read forums online of this problem dating back to 2013, so I can assume there is no known fix to this, at least as far as I can see. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. My only guess is it's something to do with fighting that leads directly into dialogue with no cut (no quick fade to black). After Jing Woo is defeated he goes directly into dialogue, and Chai Ka does too in the middle of the fight. With that logic I can only assume the fight against The Emperor goes the same way. I'll never know though because as far as I can tell there's no way to get past Chai Ka.
