Anyone got stuck on this part before?

have fixed the light, set up the flower box with soil, both seeds, fertilizer.
Fixed water pipe, alligned it, used funnel.

When using the faucet he simply says "Hm. Nothings happening".

I got stuck on the same part. The pipe is repaired, I've directed water into the funnel, put soil and seeds in the flower box, but using the fertilizer gets the message "that doesn't seem to work" and using the faucet gets the reaction "nothing's happening".

Anyone had any luck getting past this point and how?
