I used to play through gog galaxy, and it worked fine until the recent update which would not patch but fail at around 91 percent.

I therefore tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same problem happens. Is anyone else getting this issue? Are there any work arounds?

This is also happening to me, everytime i try to download, it says that is unable to conect to GOG servers.

Do you also own the supporters pack, Nomaka?

So do I, I think this is what is causing our issue. That the game has updated to the new version, but the data for supporters pack has not updated. I think that people that do not have the supporters pack are able to play regularly.

I sent a tech support message to GOG about it, I guess they will then relay the info to the devs. But i hope one of them checks up on this forum before then. I think there was a similar issue with the last patch.

Yeah i tought so too, i've reached out for the support to shed some light, now is time to sit back and wait for a response about it. But i find this really strange, i saw a guy on Youtube playing Iratus and i don't think he was affected by this issue, again, really strange. ( and he had the supporters pack before the update btw )

Maybe the youtuber was playing the steam version, which was probably not affected by this issue.

Vargas78: Maybe the youtuber was playing the steam version, which was probably not affected by this issue.
I just checked, and indeed he was, weird...

I don't have the supporter pack and it's happening, This is also happening with the game called pine.

I also have this issue and indeed have the supporter's pack despite not being able to access those features in-game. I haven't, for example, been able to change any skins. Has anyone else had this issue as well?

Hi everyone!
GOG had some problems with servers at the moment we were uploading update, so this may affect our update installers.
Please try to reinstall the game as normal, restart the GOG Galaxy client, and then let it finish installing the game on its own. This may require a couple of restarts of the client — this is what GOG support advice to us.

Thanks for feedback, the problem appears to be fixed now! I'm able to install and run the game! :)
