Is it possible to skip the logos of developers and publishers?
I find them quite annoying.
Thanks.

Yes, this is extremely annoying. I don't know why there's such a fetishism for own logos and unskippable intros in games these days. Dear developers, NOBODY cares. Let players just get into the game after showing them intro once. Players care about the game, not about your logo.

This game is especially guilty of this, showing unskippable logos and intro animation every damn time you run it. Deleting the intro and intro.manifest files does nothing. Also, there are no startup arguments such as -nointro or -skipintro that would work. Replacing the intro files seems to be no easy task as they are in format I'm unfamiliar with and/or encrypted.

Will try to dig into this more but this is seriously annoying and frustrating. There should be "Skip intro videos" choice in options!
Beyond dumb, 2 splash screens that you can't skip. Intro video that plays every time you open, but skippable.
And then, the "Disclaimer" that this game is hardcore, that forces you to wait 10 seconds before you can click the play button.
Then we were welcoming by an add for another game, destroying the immersion.
Has there been any update to this? Is there any way to skip the intro movies?
You can skip the intro movie, but you still can't skip the company splash screen.
Annoying, but it's a modern trend. Don't know why, probably marketing reasons.

You can't skip the paragraph about the game being hardcore either, but then again it's a loading screen so it kind of has a purpose.

Yea, annoying the players before the game even begins, great marketing strategy.
What do these advertising guys use for thinking? I know it can't be the brain or the dick.

More like so the customer knows who the publisher is. Forcing the players to know who they're buying the game from is the strategy. Whether or not the customer likes it is not a concern to them, they just want their brand out.
Which isn't really customer friendly, but neither are most practices in the industry these days. Like DRM.
Having to see their logo everytime I start the game has only one effect on me: I think twice before buying another one from them.
I'll risk the ire of necro'ing a thread for three reasons:

1) There aren't yet solutions posted in this thread.
2) Google lists many Steam-related answers to the question, but they don't apply to GoG.
3) The splash screen sequence is ridiculously long. In my past week of launching, I've used that time re-watch House of Cards, with the director's commentary, and build an ADU.

Then, sitting on the porch of my newly constructed ADU, I came across this solution from danielmeier at wordpress.

> locate Batman Arkham Origins, and navigate to the following sub folder.
\SinglePlayer\BMGame\Movies
and add '.bak" to the three "bac_logo" movies.

This may also work, from pcgamingwiki. I haven't tried it, since the above did great by me.

Delete or rename video files:
Go to <path-to-game>\BmGame\Movies\.
Delete or rename Startup.swf and StartupNV.swf.

Enjoy, Batplayers!

I have the linux version.
There are 4 movies in
game/Iratus_Data/StreamingAssets/Video
one is the intro and the others are probably cutscenes for the endings.

Annoying thing.
