Got this thing working, finally. Too bad it's not nearly as good as Interstate '76, lol.

1. Install the game as usual.
2. Download DXWnd v.2.05.47. Maybe a new version works, this one works for me.
3. Click Options > Expert Mode.
4. Click Edit > Add. Path and Launch fields should be the "i82stubz.exe" location. Name it I82 or whatever.
5. MAIN Tab Settings {See Image}
6. VIDEO Tab Settings {See Image}
7. SOUND Tab Settings {See Image}
8. COMPAT. Tab Settings {See Image}
9. Edit i82.cfg: {See Image}

Now launch the game from DXWnd. This will run the game in a "fullscreen" that emulates the game's original 4:3 aspect ratio. My native desktop resolution is 1920x1080; If yours is bigger, you may want to select a different 4:3 ratio than 1440x1080.

doesnt work... starts game, shows videos, but as soon as you start missions, training, instant action etc... closes
