Every time I try to play the first mission, the game crashes in the same place, it's the second time the old man from the Wagon Wheel diner comes on the CB as we're driving towards it.
Anybody know why this is or what i can do to fix it?
Windows 7, 64 bit, duel 2.2ghz processor, 4gb RAM.

Try running it under windows xp compatibility mode by right clicking the shortcut and going to properties and then the compatibility tab. Tick the box that allows it to run as admin also.

Then run the game and set it to run on a single cpu core. You can do this by ctrl-alt-del out and bringing up the task manager. Go to the process tab and find the game right click it and then set core affinity to core 0.

See if these general compatibility fixes allow you to continue or not.

I couldn't set it the core affinity to 0, it said I didn't have access, but running it under windows xp compatibility mode seemed to do the trick. Thanks a million!

Well if it seems to be running fine and at the correct speed then you don't need to worry about the processor affinity. Happy to see that fixed it for you though, enjoy the game.
