Just purchased this game during the sale, and while downloading goes pretty quickly, the installation fails with "configuration error". Does anybody know where Galaxy keeps the logs for such installations, so I can figure out what it is dying on?

Note that I tried Verify/Repair two times, with exactly the same error as a result. I'd really like to play this game. :-)

I would hope that in the intervening 3.5 years that you did! (This is the only tech. issue in the Inside forum not indicated solved.) However if not, your platform (ie WIndows 7? 10? What video card? etc.) would be helpful as well as steps you already tried.

Hmm that is a good one. I have played and completed the game successfully, but it was quite a long time ago now, and I forgot what I had to do to make that error disappear, sorry. :(
