I have replayed the whole game from a blank state, because the achievements "Pack Mentality" and "The Last One" had not popped during my original playthrough all those years ago, even though I had collected all orbs and done the other secret thing (which resets the orbs).
Now I have all 14 achievements unlocked, but Galaxy is only showing a 93% achievement progress, even though my "Activity" clearly says I have reached 100% (even after restarting Galaxy).
Any ideas what might fix it are welcome! Thank you in advance!
