Quick question - Do attribute bonuses from gear allow you to unlock mastery levels on skills? Currently I am playing a Paladin and I have 55 strength (my base is 33 so the extra 22 is from gear) however my armour use skill still labels me as a Disciple rather than Journeyman despite having the 50 needed to advance. So, do skills advance from gear bonuses or do I need to have 50 strength base without bonuses?

Item bonuses are not taken into account when mastery requirements are concerned, you will need to have 50 Strength base without bonuses to advance.

Ah. Had I known this when I first started I would have applied my attribute points differently. Oh well, thanks for clearing this up.
