act 1 all quest done exept murder quest jeramia don't havre dialog to arrest anyone head turned in sword turned in
permission to arrest linda , linda is saved no dialog to arrest linda

Does that mean that you have a permission from Jeremiah to arrest Linda but there is no such option in her dialogue? That would certainly be odd...

Have you tried looking into the Complete Quest Walktrough for any quests that you might not have received yet?
