i hadn't played it since it's debut in 1993 and had a wonderful time revisiting all the places and seeing all the characters one more time. sure, there were issues with the game [that 3d perspective!!1!!] - but there's so much intriguing lore here - of the sort they don't really make anymore in games that it was just a blast to play from end to end.

I love reading these kinds of posts. I haven't gotten to play this yet but it's been sitting in my library for a long time. Now that it's Linux compatible and after reading your post, I'm definitely gonna boot it up this week.
