It"s very hard to impossible with a keyboard. Can it be nerfed or perhaps have a slide rfor the timing?

There is an option in the game to do lockpicking based on skill checks instead of doing it manually.

I agree that high level locks are just not possible to do, realisticaslly.

I don't know if higher skill of lockpicking will make these easier but, for what I can see, even with 4 level in lockpicking, in the beginning of the game, and 5th level locks, is practically a wasted lockpick.
