First thing in the description I read: It doesnt say whether this is preorder only or not. I would like to know. It would change my attitude towards the game/GOG/developers depending on the answer.

I generally dont preorder games. Needless to say that consequently I dont like preorder-only boni. And it affects the first impression of a game. In this case in a bad way. Going by the few seconds I looked at the images I would say there was a fair chance to put it onto my wishlist. If it hadnt had those (potentially) preorder only boni. So I instead of checking out the rest of the page I wrote this post instead.

Or in short: You may get some extra people preordering in that way but you also lose potential customers like me.

According to the dev: If it is of any comfort, the bonuses are cosmetic only. But eh, still is a scummy move to make them limited-time-only, pre-order-only locked forever, IMHO. :/

Honestly, the alternate colors don't really interest me.

As far as my feelings towards pre-order bonuses, it depends on the way it's handled. I'm okay with timed releases, giving people who pre-ordered first crack at the bonus content, and release it globally later. What I hate though is when when the in-game content is permanently unobtainable, even in the form of paid DLC. Store-exclusives irk me even more.

So that's cosmetic also ? I kinda expected a bonus zone or something. At least, no one will be missing on gameplay content.

In respect of the preorder post https://www.gog.com/forum/general/preorder_indivisible_3b0be/page1 it probably refers to the "exclusive skins inspired by ... GOG Galaxy" part.

I was about to wishlist this. But I stopped supporting developers/publishers who hold content hostage in exchange for preorders. Even if just cosmetic items, since the art direction is the only guaranteed good part about the game at the moment, that's kind of a big deal.
