Hello,

After I click on start a new game or load a game I hear the whip and then black screen and busy cursor. I tried different compatibility settings and video option but none of the above seems to fix the issue.

I have a Win 10 v1803, i7 6700 16gb RAM and gtx1070.

Do any of you folks have this issue ?

Yes, and this is probably the third or fourth thread posted on this topic lol. Anyhow I never was able to get my issue resolved however people have had luck with either unplugging any gaming headsets plugged in and making sure direcplay is enabled.
