Hi everyone,

I am playing Indy 4 on my notebook with a 17 inch screen, and in fullscreen the graphics are quite pixelated (due to its original resolution of 320x200). I remember that back in the day (around 1993) I had played it on a 12 inch black and white screen.

Is there some way to decrease the size of the screen, that is play the game on a smaller screen (with black borders), so graphics won´t look that pixelated?

Much appreciated.

Hi

While playing on ScummVM, pressing Alt + Enter will switch from Full Screen to windowed mode.

If you prefer to start the game directly on windowed mode, edit atlantis.ini (which should be in your installation folder) and replace fullscreen=true with fullscreen=false

Thanks, your reply is very much appreciated! However, I was not looking for windowed mode, however for an actual smaller screen (with black borders). In the case of my HP notebook I found the solution myself (maybe it is helpful for other players that are reading this forum): I simply changed the screen resolution to 1024x768 and then clicked on "center image". The result is exactly as I had intended it: the resulting screen is about 12 inches big and, despite being smaller, it just looks so much better. I can recommend this in relation to all older adventure games (320 x 200).
