My Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 runs fine under Vista, and worked well with Descent 3, but when I try to use it in Independence War, it won't automatically center, and I can't figure out why.

I-War 1 or 2?

I know IW2 supports force-feedback, but it usually isn't one of the games I play with the SWFFB2. Even when I tried it just to check its FFB implementation (under Win7 64-bit), I had no problems with centering forces.

did you install any drivers for it? (you shouldnt)

i launch it with "...\IWar.exe" -b -16

im running win7x64 and it works fine, and yes iwar1 supports force feedback!
