The bindings are defined in config/*.ini. A text editor is all you need to change them.

Since no one gave you the answer yet,
both of the key binders (+ pretty much every other known Iwar 1 or 2 resource) can be found from i-war2.com.

Now if only someone could sort out legality questions and get them a copy of the dx8 patch.
