Iwar 1 @ Roster screen mouse is unuseable.

The mouse just seems stuck in a loop something like a mouse in a cage, when moved it just stays in one area only.

Thus am unable to even start the game at all.

Rightclick the I-War shortcut, select properties, click the compatibility tab, mark the "640x480" checkbox, run I-War again.
