I launch the game via Galaxy, nothing ever shows on my screen, but my CPU usage goes through the roof. I can barely get in to task manager to kill the process running.

I am on Windows 11 if that makes a difference.

I'm sure it does. Have you tried using the offline installer to install then running without Galaxy?

That unfortunately didn't help, but I did figure out that removing the Windows 98 compatibility from the iwar_start.exe fixed it and I can play!
