Hello All,

I've got a Win7 64-bit system with a AMD 7970 by Gigabyte. CPU is i7 980x 3.33Ghz.

EOC is installed on D:\Games\IWar2

My problem is pretty much what the title says, first time after install EOC runs, allows me to make changes, play the game no problems.

Exit and try starting the game again and it fails to start. If I restore my flux.ini file from backup I can get the game running again but I have to re-apply my settings once more.

Additionally, my monitors native resolution is 2560x1600 and although the game lists the resolution, it won't let me select it, the screen goes blank and then revers to the original resolution.

Any help would be appreciated,

Sorry for the delay in replying, I forgot I posted this.

Thanks for the reply, I was fiddling with the directX 8 setting at the same time. Once I left that alone and write protected the ini file all was well.
