I have a pretty funny problem in the mission called Deja Vu: it keeps looping! In the mission you have to patrol a series of waypoints, but after reaching the last waypoint all I can do is to go through the loop again -- and the old enemies and events appear again! Probably not intentional, but hilarious considering the name. I eventually used a cheat to skip the mission, after trying 5-6 times, but just wondering: how was it supposed to go?
Also: I hate asteroids appearing 100 meters in front of you. No way to avoid them.

At waypoint 2 (if I recall) you get a distress signal or something like that. Did you try going there?
Despite what the mission briefing / objectives say, you might need to go there to complete the mission... I went there and it worked.
