I know what you are thinking, but I assure you that I'm not running this from an old DOS machine.

I just bought the games for my Win7 computer and while Incoming Forces works just fine, the original Incoming stutters more then any modern game I've played ever. Have anyone else had these issue and is there a fix?

EDIT: It doesn't reply to any changes in the options menu either.

I'm having trouble with this game too. Running on a Windows 8.1 PC. I only have integrated graphics, however, this PC can comfortably run F.E.A.R on Medium settings with a good frame-rate; on High even, but with the odd hiccup here and there. Painkiller runs like a charm with all detail maxed-out (excluding resolution). Incoming is very choppy though.

When Incoming loads, the title screen background video stutters until I press a key, then it seems to correct itself. However, when I start the game, while mostly smooth, every now and again it judders badly.

I've tried running as an administrator plus all compatibility options. Drivers are up to date and I've also tried setting various core affinities.

For the record, Incoming Forces runs very smoothly even at max settings.
