So, here's the story. First of all, I have two versions of this "2 in 1" bundle - I have it in Steam and my family member have it on GOG, so, I can check both versions and both look identical. The problem is - even though the original Incoming works like a charm (no problems at all, just finished it), Incoming Force won't even start. No errors, no visual effects, nothing. It appears as the background process in the task manager, though, but that's it, the game itself won't run. I tried all possible compatibility options, I tried various launch options, nothing helps. And it's like that in both versions - both Steam and GOG. I've seen a lot of topics about this problem, but nobody ever wrote about the fix. Here, on GOG I've seen the suggestion to move the Incoming Forces into the folder without spaces. Like C:\Forces. But it didn't help either (again, I tried both Steam and GOG versions). I tried both versions on two different PCs (one is GTX 260 + Win 8 and another is Titan + Win 10). Same results on both machines - Incoming works great and Incoming Forces won't even start. I tried to do some random things with DXWIND (random that is, since I'm pretty noobish in that kind of stuff). No luck. So, I'm pretty much ready to give up, but since GOG claims that the game should work on Win 8... Maybe anyone knows some magic trick to make Incoming Forces work? Thanks.

You try asking support yet?
I'm bumping the same issue here.
You need to replace the win32.dll file. It is faulty.

Download the winmm.dll files in this thread.
Copy the files to the folder.
Rename winmm.dll to win32.dll
