Is Imperium Galactica_II:_Alliances, in 64-Bit in the Linux version?

I saw the description, but it seems strange that such an old game is in 64-Bit.
And this dictionary pcgamingwiki (which is very often wrong), indicates 32-Bit:
Galactica_II:_Alliances

I believe it went through a few different iterations of the code. It was ported over to android right? So that would make it into an arm64...afterwards the popped it back over to here...so they kept the codebase.
