Did you look at the game page? Manual is explicitly listed as a bonus. Unless you are asking if it's included in the installer?

My copy (Steam), has no manual included.
Also no audio on the tutorial; as far as I got..
Love throwing my money around; I'll pick up the GOG offering for the manual.

It's the US manual by the way. So BW on the inside. From what I've heard the UK manual is in colour. o_O

Black & white's fine with me. Whatever the format, I'd like to just peruse it in a relaxed manner, soaking it up as I go along. The tutorial, for me, is a frantic race in comprehending the info as it's being presented, only to realize the tutorial is racing away from me; a feverish experience I'd rather avoid.
