I'm just starting my seventh game so it's not many games but I have never seen this (see screenshot). Two resources on one tile??? Is that a bug??? I haven't hooked it up to my transport network yet to be able to see if I get both.. Anyone else ever see this?

No, you occasionally get an ore and gold on one mountain. No often, but it happens.
Iron and coal can't be in the same hex tile but I've seen them sharing a hex with gold or even gems.

Hopefully I got the right link. Recent game:

But you are right, I've only seen Gold and Gems mixed, not coal and iron. But most of the games I have played where in the distance past when the game first came out. And my memories keep on picturing tin--- which I came to hate in Imp Two. Blended memories. LOL.

In the scenarios, the most western mountain in Morocco contains gems and iron

Yeah, tin could be annoying in IMP2 as it tended to be harder to find than copper. (In the real world, bronze contains about 90% copper and 10% tin)
