Schnuff: Till now there was no problems with Kagura games and their patches....OK, most of their games I own on Steam.
Now I bought this one from GOG...and downloaded the patch...It said it was for both Steam and GOG versions.
URGs...4GB patch. And than after running It tells me that it only works with the Steam version of the game. There is no other patch or option to change it....copy the files into the Steam folder..not working.
Deleting everything that sounds like GOG in the game folder....now that worked. With other words: only the Game.exe, Game.config, Game. rgss3a, readme, script.vdf, wvcrypt.dll and wfMessage.dll are left.
But I don't know if the game won't crash at some point...so: delete and refund!!!

I've over a dozen games from Kagura...patched with no problem. The only problem till now is with GOG. The patch from Kagura should work for both STEAM and GOG versions. But it only works with STEAM!!!!
Anyway, it is over the game is refunded und I've bought it on Steam and patched it without problem (and I am still from Germany).

Fonzer: So you tried using the kagura patch and it didn't work with the gog version.
Why not ask kagura but i doubt you will do that since you already went and tried steam version.

Bambusek: As far as I know, patches on Kagura Games site are uncensor patches. GOG has this covered on their own with "Unrated" DLCs, so no reason to go to Kagura for this.
