hi i am missing level 2 and level 3 wizard spells what am i doing wrong??? iwd 2

You're not doing anything wrong, the devs did. The only way I could complete my mage spell books were using cheats as some scrolls only drop as random treasure. Let me guess your missing spells
Summon Monster I
Summon monster 2
Minor Elemental Barrier
Magic Circle Against Evil
Wall of Fire (sometimes)
Summon Djinni
Flaying
Symbol of Death
Symbol of Fear
Symbol of Hopelessness
Symbol of Stunning
Did I guess them all?
Not sure how far you are in the game but you may also be missing Protection From Fire. This scroll is in the Yuan Ti temple which is later into the game. I think you find a Non Detection scroll pretty late too.
