so suddenly after the last windows update (i think) my keyboard no longer works for icewind dale II complete. i tried with icewind dale 1 enhanced edition and it still works fine for that game. is anyone else having the same issue or is it just me.

Same for me. I'm not even on Windows (Linux Ubuntu) and the keyboard used to be responsive but not anymore.

I am unsure about Linux side.

But I am aware of a Windows update that has broken KB input in some games, example Might Magic 6.
You can try uninstalling this update, KB5058499.
Settings -> Windows Update -> Update history -> Uninstall updates
Click Uninstall next to: Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5058499)
Reboot see if it works.

Unfortunately, if it is doing it in the Linux side I do not have a solution.
