When I run the game, it's in a small box in the center of the screen. There don't seem to be any resolution options that fix this.

Necrohammer: When I run the game, it's in a small box in the center of the screen. There don't seem to be any resolution options that fix this. In your video's card control panel, find Scaling, and change to "Aspect ratio" or similar. This is what it looks like for NVidia.
Make sure scaling is done by GPU. Unless you have a monitor that supports it (in whic case you could also do it through your monitor's menu).
