Okay, so the original GoG copy I got ceased functioning really, and I couldn't find a way to fix it. I tried all the recent suggestions and got nowhere. However, the copy I have in the beta version of GoG Galaxy I downloaded works fine except for the aforementioned issue in the subject line. I've got the cheat console activated in the config screen. I use it in-game and the game seems to freeze. I don't have the time so see if it will unfreeze, but i wait at least a minute and nothing happens. I'm just trying to start over and this is what I get?! UGH! Someone have any insight into this?
